Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package Shipping. Delays may occur when placing an order or in the process of shipping around holidays and/or promotional sales. Once we ship the item, AMZI Jewelry LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or missing items by the carrier. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking is shown delivered. To ensure insurance of items in the rare instance that your order is damaged, lost, or missing feel free to choose priority mail at checkout. All claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can file a claim with USPS if the order is damaged, lost, or missing.
  • We ship all domestic orders through USPS
  • AMZI Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, deliverable addresses, or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Please ensure that you give your correct shipping information when placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
  • If you notice that you placed your order with the wrong shipping address Contact Us at  support@amzijewelry.com immediately. Depending on when you contact us, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address. We recommend contacting us at support@amzijewelry.com within one business day.  

 

CANCELLATIONS

AMZI JEWELRY LLC reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Examples include inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment Information, incorrect shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. You will not be entitled to seek compensation for any loss, expense, or inconvenience due to such cancellations.
