Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority and USPS First Class Package Shipping. Delays may occur when placing an order or in the process of shipping around holidays and/or promotional sales. Once we ship the item, AMZI Jewelry is not responsible for damaged, lost, or missing items by the carrier. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking is shown delivered. To insure insurance of item in the rare instance that you order is damaged, lost, or missing feel free to chose priority mail at checkout. All claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can file a claim with USPS if the order is damaged, lost, or missing. To return your product please contact us at  support@amzijewelry.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
